HB 153 would create a new “Consumer Electronic Recycling Program” and require manufacturers of covered goods to register with the state and pay a fee.

The UTC has taken a position to support HB 145 – Renewable Energy Financing Provisions (Rep. Last, B; Sen. Urquhart, S.).
