June 5, 2008 - UTC Emerging Exec P2P Forum
"If a lawyer were starting his own high-tech company . . ."

In this presentation, lawyers from The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker will discuss details about how they would do a startup if they were creating one themselves. Topics will include when to form, choosing a legal entity, right and wrong ways to raise capital, when to spend money on lawyers and accountants versus on engineers and marketing consultants, stock options, planning an equity budget, licensing strategies, and "what the heck is antidilution anyway"! A special thanks to Tim Hunt of Certiport and Pratap Khanwilkar of Worldheart for co-chairing this forum.

This event is reserved for UTC members who are the decision makers in start-up technology companies.
